Reservation & Cancellation

All reservations made through toursthe.com are subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077, which has recently undergone significant changes in order to comply with the Turkish Travel Agencies Law No. 1618 and the European Consumer Rights Legislation.
1. MAKING YOUR RESERVATION
The first person named in the reservation ("person making the reservation") must be over 18 years of age.
2. PAYMENT
Except for private tours and special trips, we do not require prepayment for tours, excursions and private airport transfers, we collect payments upon arrival. VAT is included in payments made upon arrival.
3. CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
Depending on the suitability and validity of the arrangements you have chosen, we will send you a pre-booking confirmation message via WhatsApp. This message is sent to the person making the reservation. Please check the message you receive carefully. If there is any error or omission in the message regarding Date, Price, Person or anything else that appears, please contact us, as it may not be possible to make changes later.
4. WEBSITE PRICES
Please note that changes and errors may occur from time to time. Check the price of the booking arrangements at the time of booking. The price on our website changes from time to time due to movements in exchange rates and other factors. However, subject to the disruption of errors, we guarantee that the price stated in your booking confirmation will not change unless you make a change to the booking details.
5. SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have any special requests, you must notify us at the time of booking. If anyone on the tour or excursions has any medical condition or disability which would disrupt your arrangements, or has any special needs as a result of any medical condition or disability (including during the booking process), please contact us before confirming your pre-booking so that we can assist you in assessing the suitability of the arrangements and/or making your pre-booking. In this case, you must notify us of all details provided at the time of pre-booking and any changes to the condition or disability.
6. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS MADE BY YOU
To cancel your booking, please contact us via whatsapp or email. Your cancellation will then be confirmed.
7. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS MADE BY US
In the event that your arrangements are significantly changed or cancelled prior to commencement and there is time to do so, we will offer you one of the following options: (1) accept the change (for significant changes) or (2) purchase alternative similar arrangements from us or (3) cancel your booking, in which case you will be refunded all monies paid for the trip and nothing more.
We do our best to arrange our services as described on our website, however toursthe.com is not responsible for every detail of the trips and reserves the right to cancel or modify all or part of any trip without prior notice.
The options set out above represent the full extent of our liability to you in the event of a significant change or cancellation of your arrangements.
8. COMPLAINTS
In the event of any problems or disputes regarding the trips, please contact us by email at info@toursthe.com or contact us via our website contact channels. The happiness of our guests is one of our priorities and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be decided according to the laws of the country where the trip takes place. By booking a trip you agree to be subject to that jurisdiction.
